Juan has nearly 15 years of experience in providing tax consulting services. Juan focuses his practice on providing inbound and outbound US federal and PR income tax advice to local and international clients, including developing tax-efficient structuring strategies, and assisting them with obtaining PR tax incentives, including export services, manufacturing & IP licensing activities, alternative investments and financial services as well as renewable energy activities. Juan worked at Pietrantoni Mendez & Alvarez LLC in San Juan, PR, and the PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP (PwC) Washington, DC, and NYC offices. Juan also has served as an external tax advisor to DLA Piper and PwC in San Juan.

Camille has over 13 years of experience in corporate law, securities laws and tax incentives. She brings a wealth of expertise to the structuring and operations of private equity funds, hedge funds and investment vehicles. Camille has dedicated her career to providing high-quality legal services in esteemed law firms, including DLA Piper and, more recently, has acted as general counsel to a private equity firm.

Camille's practice focuses on advising clients on the formation, structuring and regulatory compliance of private equity, venture capital funds, and investment advisers. Specifically, Camille has experience in establishing business operations in Puerto Rico, selecting and implementing the adequate legal structure, securing tax incentives, evaluating the applicability of Puerto Rico and US federal securities laws and regulations, drafting documentation for raising capital, providing adequate risk disclosures, and providing pragmatic advice regarding registration and compliance with SEC, FINRA and OCFI rules and regulations.
